Melissa
Lanier is the Director of Global Talent Management at Viad Corp. Melissa has more than 20 years of experience in talent management, including various roles with American Express, Deloitte Consulting and Convergys. Since moving to the Phoenix area in 2008, she served as Director of Learning and Development at Insight Enterprises, a Fortune 500 information technology provider based in Tempe, Arizona. Melissa obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from the University of North Florida and also is Six Sigma Green Belt certified. At Viad, Melissa is responsible for leading the global Performance Management programs—including succession planning— ensuring the organization has an efficient and effective recruiting programs and designing a learning and development program that focuses on building the capability of employees.
