Brian Critchfield
Digital Sales Manager, Republic Media
Brian Critchfield is an international speaker, author, and consultant on the topics of word of mouth marketing, marketing strategy, and online marketing. His work with hundreds of companies has generated not only amazing results, but helped him to hone a formula for building word of mouth marketing from the inside out. He has delivered seminars from Salt Lake City to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and his articles have appeared in publications as far reaching as Forbes India. He is also currently writing a book detailing his formula called “Marketing from the Navel: Word of mouth from the inside out.”
Brian has over 17 years of marketing, sales, and business development experience. He has been instrumental in launching and building many organizations including launching and building brands, growing sales forces and channels, launching new divisions, developing manufacturing partnerships, re-branding and re-positioning companies, and helping Fortune 500 firms launch products and develop go-to-market strategies. For the last seven years, Brian has run word-of mouth marketing agencies, delivered international seminars, and worked with clients all over the world. He joined Republic Media in 2010 to manage its Digital Marketing teams. He also teaches graduate level courses in Marketing and Strategy at The University of Phoenix.
Brian was awarded the Accomplished Under 40 award, which recognizes the top 40 business leaders in the State under the age of 40. He serves the community on several boards of directors, civic groups, and youth groups. He holds a BBA degree in Marketing from Boise State University and a Global MBA through the prestigious Thunderbird School of Global Management, where he is also a guest blogger for the Thunderbird Knowledge Network. Brian is married with 4 daughters.
Jessica McGrath
Director of Recruiting, Northwestern Mutual
Jessica McGrath is the Director of Recruiting for Northwestern Mutual –Southwest. Jessica is responsible for overseeing all recruiting activities in Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso. She is also primarily responsible for the recruiting targets in Phoenix and Chandler.
Jessica has been recruiting since 2004 and has a variety of experience in staffing, high level headhunting, corporate recruiting and Agency recruiting. She joined Northwestern Mutual in 2010 after several years in the insurance industry, recruiting in Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, and Oklahoma. She also has recruiting experience in Commercial Construction, Home building, Engineering, etc.
As an active member of the community, Jessica serves on the Resource Management Committee for United Way, on the Marketing Committee for A New Leaf and is a past board member of ALPFA -Phoenix.
Jessica is a Graduate of Central Washington University with a degree in Spanish. Jessica is a native Arizonan and lives in Chandler with her husband Jim. She has two beautiful children (ages 2 & 4) and a 6 year-old lab named Wheatley.
Linda Vejnoska
Senior Account Executive and Social Media Specialist, R&R Partners
Known for her “all-in” approach when it comes to media relations, Linda has a knack for uncovering media opportunities, including incorporating social media strategies into traditional public relations campaigns. Linda has taken residence in R&R Partner’s public relations and social media departments, integrating social media and PR strategies and staying attuned to the ever-changing industry. Linda is armed with experience developing and executing strategic social media plans, Facebook advertising campaigns and social media best practices guides for a variety of businesses ranging from boutique size to large-scale companies. Linda’s industry experience is diverse including retail, law, real estate, higher education, healthcare, finance, and non-profit.
Noah Dyer
Director of Internet Marketing, Sure Spark
Noah Dyer’s rants and raves frequently get him in trouble but make for excellent social media conversation. By day, he naps and takes credit for his team’s work at Sure Spark, a Phoenix Internet Marketing Company. By night, he teaches as an associate professor at the University of Advancing Technology in Tempe. On weekends and vacations, he speaks at marketing conferences from San Francisco to Providence.
